Congratulations! You did it! By taking a stand, you helped counter one of the most dispicable and destructive political attack campaigns in our nation's history.

When the final Senate votes were counted on Saturday, I hope you stood a bit taller. I hope you found hope in the fact that we CAN counter the deluge that is coming from the radical Left and their partners in the media... and that your voice matters!

Grassfire team members were among the most active and engaged of all conservative networks in the Kavanaugh battle. We estimate that our team members made over 200,000 citizen contacts in the form of petitions, faxes and phone calls to members of Congress on the Kavanaugh nomination! You also used the tools of social media to reach countless thousands more. So take a bow!

Grassley Statement On FBI Supplemental

Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley released the following statement regarding the FBI supplemental investigation:

Grassley: With FBI Work Complete, It’s Time to Vote

WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley of Iowa issued the following statement about the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve as an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States.
“I’ve now received a committee staff briefing on the FBI’s supplement to Judge Kavanaugh’s background investigation file. There’s nothing in it that we didn’t already know. These uncorroborated accusations have been unequivocally and repeatedly rejected by Judge Kavanaugh, and neither the Judiciary Committee nor the FBI could locate any third parties who can attest to any of the allegations. There’s also no contemporaneous evidence. This investigation found no hint of misconduct and the same is true of the six prior FBI background investigations conducted during Judge Kavanaugh’s 25 years of public service.

WSJ Op Ed: Anti-Kavanaugh Attacks Are About Roe v. Wade

William McGurn, writing in the Wall Street Journal, struck to the core of the opposition against Judge Kavanaugh. This is really about Roe v. Wade and abortion.

As malignant as were the campaigns against Supreme Court nominees Robert Bork and Clarence Thomas, even they didn’t face accusations as vile and unrelenting as the unsubstantiated charges against Brett Kavanaugh. Adding to the injustice is that the frenzy surrounding his nomination isn’t really about him.

It’s about Roe v. Wade. The 1973 Supreme Court decision upended the laws of all 50 states on behalf of a constitutional right to abortion the Constitution somehow neglects to mention.

Mitchell Memo: No Case Against Kavanaugh

Rachel Mitchell, the prosecutor who was hired by the Judiciary Committee to head up questioning surrounding Dr. Ford's allegations, wrote a memo to the Committee stating that there is not enough evidence in this accusation to bring a legal case. She concluded:

I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the Committee. Nor do I believe that this evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard.

Radicals flood Capitol HIll

More than 120 "resistance" protestors were arrested yesterday on Capitol Hill as the anti-Kavanaugh protests reached new lows of bullying and thuggery.

Clad in black and with fists raised, the protestors shouted anti-Kavanaugh slogans while clogging up Senate office buildings.  ABC News says Planned Parenthood, NARAL, Women's March and others had organized the protests.

These protestors are literally filling the halls of Senate office buildings. And the protests aren't confined to Capitol Hill. You may have seen that Sen. Ted Cruz and his wife were confronted at a D.C.-area restaurant by a group of anti-Kavanaugh radicals. Sen. Cruz and his wife were forced to leave the restaurant while protestors cheered.
